Design is always on my mind, so it’s also everywhere I look. When I see something that impresses me, I study it carefully so I can understand what makes it so effective. Bad design also teaches me though. I take note of mistakes, so that I can make sure to avoid them.

As smart and creative as one might be, I believe having more ideas in a room is a good thing. I strive to remain flexible and welcome feedback at all times since I think most ideas are best after some tweaking. Most importantly, I trust in my teammates and their abilities.

People are fascinating to me. I’m especially interested in finding the ways that we think or behave similarly. I do this by asking questions and listening closely to responses. These comprehensive discussions are the fuel for my design process.
